Our menu offers some rare pleasures. All our dishes are freshly cooked and served using no preservatives or additives. All meats are de-boned - for the chicken we use only white meat except tandoori chicken and for the lamb we use grain-fed Canadian lamb from Alberta. We don't use flour or meat stock, only ghee, unsalted butter, pure canola oil and cream.

Since we offer you an "a la carte menu", please notify us of an allergy you might have for it is difficult to list all ingredients in our recipes. All dishes can be made to your taste... mild, medium or spicy.

Good food takes time to prepare. We make everything fresh once it is ordered. Some items may take longer to cook depending on workload. Preparation time may vary from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
